Overall experience was good. First time townhouse renter. We did not receive codes before arrival but called and problem solved quickly with email and text. We arrived later in the evening and realized the sliding door did not lock but service person quickly came to fix. Coffee machine was also not working but was quickly replaced. Very spacious! Enjoyed our 6 nights stay.

Everything was amazing and they were able to accommodate us with a change request of the property. Only thing is that the coffee machine doesn’t work properly. I definitely recommend this stay and will definitely like to come back.

What an amazing place. Everything about it was perfect. The only complaint I have will be that the hotel at the back blows their parking lot at 7am on a Sunday morning which has nothing to do with this property but you can hear the loud noise. Thank you so for amazing stay :) we really enjoyed :)

Very good but should be better
The place was brand new, very spacious and impeccably clean. This place needs to work out a few issues. Management: they need to respond to customers when contacted-my issue was sorted out but not because I was assisted after my contact. Privacy: the front door of the property is almost all glass but no curtains were provided- anyone can see you seated in the living room from the sidewalk/parking lot. Furniture/beds: very stylish but uncomfortable-it felt like the place was furnished "on the cheap". Finally, I did not see/could not find any fire extinguishers in the property-this is a safety issue in a place with a kitchen. If an extinguisher was there then the locations should be marked for easy access in an emergency.
