We are international travellers. I do not think this hotel is made for foreigners. The front desk staff do not speak English. At check out the front desk staff asked for credit card and passport info while all these were provided upon check in on a completed form! The check out took more than 30 minutes for me and my friends ( 3 rooms) and we finally gave up on getting printed invoices! We also think the dinner menu is over priced as compared to some city center nice restaurants, and the food was really quite ordinary which seemed like heated prêt-à-manger bought at big grocery stores.

Minha estadia de duas noites em junho de 2026 teve como ponto forte o quarto: limpo, espaçoso, com cama confortável, travesseiros de qualidade e excelente isolamento acústico contra o ruído da rua. Contudo, o aquecimento deixou a desejar. Me surpreendi negativamente com a falta de uma rampa de acessibilidade para malas na entrada e com os arredores do hotel; embora a localização facilite o deslocamento via Uber, a região não transmite segurança para caminhadas a pé. Não utilizei o café da manhã nem as áreas comuns.

La habitación muy comoda, con mini refrigerador, sofa cama en el estar y cama king en el cuarto. Una tv en cada ambiente. Vista de toda la ciudad y el rio. El personal muy atento. El desayuno muy pero muy completo: frutas, cereales, yogur bebible y natural, jugos y aguas saborizadas naturales, panificados y facturas de todo , cafe, leche, infusiones varias, fiambres, brownies y huevos revueltos(que son un 10), etc todo el tiempo reponen las bandejas y jarras. La pileta un poco chica para las dimensiones del hotel, pero muy linda y agradable, con hidromasaje, sauna, duchas y baño a disposición, gimnasio también. Una terracita donde podes merendar, pidiendo algo ahi o llevandote tu mate, tienen dispenser frio/calor aa disposición. Los masajes del spa no son para nada caros. Una muy grata experiencia!
