A faultless experience. A return visit? Oh yes!
Quite one of the hest hotels I have ever stayed in. Friendly and very helpful staff and very convenient seafront location. A short walk to the ferry point for Portofino etc.. Comfortable and quiet room with efficient air-conditioning. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.

I liked the location of the hotel, and the check in was easy and fast. Sarah at the front desk was awesome providing me on how to spend the day which was very helpful. However the soap provided with the room is a chip, so small you can used once at the most. Apparently the shampoo was for both body and hair in a dollop quantity which was not enough for my long hair. The breakfast was continental, eggs were left over from the day before. The staff at the breakfast area Mikaela was very rude. I asked for a medium boiled egg and cappuccino she bring to my friend.,every time I ask for something she brings it to my friend instead . The choices of the breakfast items were limited and the food was poorly prepared. Other than that it was a nice stay.

This is a very good hotel with a great location and good breakfast. We came by car and were able to park directly in front of the hotel. We chose this place because of it’s location I relationship to Portofino and Cinque Terra. We were able to walk to the train station and nearby restaurant. And the hotel faces the water. The reason they did not get all excellent from us is due to the lack of communication between desk personnel (we kept getting asked the same questions) and they desk person was unaware we were bringing a car even though I had been communicating on Expedia with them. And the young man who we first met at the desk had an attitude which was not as friendly as the rest of the staff. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
