Unbelievable stay
This hotel is simply exceptional. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels around the world and the service at the Conrad Tokyo is up there with the best. The rooms are the good size with very comfortable beds. The breakfast had a Japanese and western buffet which were both fantastic. The location is great. Right next to the subways and walking distance to the old fish market. Tokyo is so spread out so the best thing you can do is stay next to a subway line. Special shout out to Sarah (guest relations) and Meiko (concierge) from going above and beyond for us. Highly recommended hotel.

My Stay @Conrad Tokyo
We stayed 2 nights @Conrad and 3 more nights after we came back from Kyoto. It was not our first time stay as we had stayed in Conrad the last time we came to Tokyo. During our stay this time, nobody set our bed in the late afternoon unlike the previous time we stayed at Conrad. On our first two nights of stay, the room we had had shower curtains that had yellow stains at the bottom. Obviously, in a 5 stars hotel the toilet would be covered in temper glass. Beside these, we still like to stay at Conrad as the place is convenient, the staff is kind and helpful and my kids love to swim in the swimming pool.
