The air conditioning worked well, parking was easy. The TV did not work well; had connection and remote problems. The phone did not work at first, but the staff came and fixed it right away. The room was nice, except the bathroom door was translucent, though one couldn't see through it. However, when the light was turned on, it shined through the room. Troublesome at night b/c it woke me up when my wife went to the bathroom.

I had an amazing stay at The Moment. Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable bed. Staff is kind, welcoming and always available. I spent most of my time between the Sunset Strip, and Hollywood boulevard, it was all walking distance. If, like me, you’re a guitar player or a musician, Guitar Center is literally in front of the hotel. You just have to cross the boulevard. Lots of restaurants and cafes around as well. Ralph’s is just around the corner. The Moment Hotel is a great location in West Hollywood.

Location was convenient for our stay - plenty of good food within walking distance, staff was very accommodating (early check in, extra towels), facility offers a nice option above chain hotels nearby, without the pricing of luxury hotels. Room was clean, quiet, and just what we needed. It does look like the outside deck area upstairs is under construction, and we didn’t visit what appeared to be a small lounge on the 1st floor. The coffee and ice water in the downstairs vestibule was a thoughtful bonus. All in all a good visit - would stay there again.
