We booked this property for one night to be closer to the airport for departure. The property has many different buildings- some newer and others very old. We got put into suite 534B which was VERY old, dirty and had an awful musty smell! The AC unit was broken. The ceiling fan worked but the room was quite warm during the night. A loud annoying sound came from somewhere we couldn’t quite identify which kept us for a bit until it went off. The did send maintenance to take a look at it but it went off before the gentleman could have taken a look at it. It came back the next morning. Staffs are friendly and was always ready and willing to help. The food quality is poor but so was most of our dining experience on the island. The breakfast buffet is more like you’re waiting in line for a handout. Very disappointing.

Beautiful suite and views of the ocean. The pools were wonderful and the beach was nice too. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did have a few small issues with housekeeping, no blankets on the beds or wash clothes when we arrived. Housekeeping service showed up after 5pm one day and we were arleady back in the room. The washing machine door was broken and seemed the elevator was not in service the last 2-3 days of our stay.

Beautiful property. A little isolated and would need a car if want to go off property. Although the property was sold out it never felt busy which was very nice. Rooms were large and staff was excellent. Food needs improvement especially for dinners
