This mid-century modern home has been recently updated with contemporary decor. Upon stepping into the home you’ll find a spacious open living room with ample seating, television, and wood burning fireplace. Enjoy movie night in this comfortable and cozy space after a full day of exploring.

The space
The home features a master bedroom with private bathroom. A bonus room with twin beds and separate TV/lounge area, equipped with XBOX and games. There’s also two other rooms both with queen beds.
Stay in and cook a delicious meal in our fully equipped updated kitchen. The formal dining room seats up to 10 people and a separate breakfast nook that seats 6. Directly from the dining room, step out through French doors that leads to the balcony with wrap-around deck. The balcony overlooks an expansive backyard with fire-pit. Perfect for summer evenings.
Other features of the home includes ample parking space, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, extra blankets/pillows, blow dryer, iron, coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, bath towels, laundry detergent, dish soap etc. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
Guest access
Guest will have access to entire first floor of the home plus balcony and yard. There’s a stairway that leads to a daylight basement that we’re renovating and will add to our rental space in the future. There will be no construction during your stay.
No access to garage.
Other things to note
There are no cameras in the home but for security purposes, there is a ring doorbell camera.
