Lovely area close to Montmartre
Stayed here solo for a few days in late February. Given the outside temperature was averaging -4 I was good and warm. Self catered for dietary reasons, and the little kitchen with its microwave, fridge, 2 rings and a toaster and kettle were enough to work with. Meant I could make tea and toast and remain sane.... Local supermarkets very good. I was on first floor. The staff were very nice, excellent English and looked for a luggage scale for me - couldn't find one but they did look. Also no trouble to store suitcase after I checked out but before going to the airport. I enjoyed my visit to Paris and having a good place to stay was an important part of that. But (and nothing to do with the Adagio) I'll be avoiding half term week next time.

Paris Again
Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The apartment is relatively renovated, except for the bathroom. Overall, it is in an acceptable condition, if not better. I would say that if the owners invest in better beds and sheets, they will leave their competitors in their dust. The location is very close to metro Envers. That main street the metro ends in is not the prettiest part of Paris. But, you don't have to on that street. The opposite direction where Monmarte is located is much nicer, with cozy restaurants more representative of Paris. Especially, if you walk westward toward Abyss. The name is misleading. A lot of little boutiques and restaurants frequented by a lot of Americans, and others. The Cathedral of Sacre Cæure is also within walking distance. Overall, There are also grocery stores, and Boulangeries and other conveniences around the apartment. If you want sheets to be changed more frequently, you need to ask and that will cost extra. Also, you will be charged the city tax on check-in. We stayed there in November and the heat along with everything in the kitchen worked well.

Amazing location
We had the pleasure of staying at 5e Aparthotel Adagio in Montmarte for 8 nights. They were able to accommodate our early arrival. Our initial room was large and spacious, but it wasn’t the cleanest and had mold in the bathroom. After a leak in the kitchen we were automatically moved to another room of comparable size and this was much cleaner and up to date. The size of the rooms, views, and location is completely unbeatable. The staff was all very nice and accommodating. I cannot say enough about the location and it’s proximity to transportation, restaurants, and historical attractions. We absolutely loved our stay and would certainly go back!

Fair 4.0
Location is the only major advantage of the place. Rooms are okay, but don't expect something you're seeing in the pictures. They are way smaller. They also promised bath, and you can definitely spot it in the highlighted photos, althifyb this is not the case. They've told us that after renovation they removed baths and left only showers (really?). Service is missing. They don't clean the room, no laundry or towels change. They don't even offer slippers inside the room. Probably this is what apar hotel is, but to be honest a bit disappointing to me. It might worth it if you'll be alone and spend 99% of your consicous time outside the place.

Worst hole in Paris
Worst hotel in Paris, paid for three nights in advance with points (non-refundable) arrived late, one lamp out of three worked. Safe took the front desk three visits to make it close, the next morning it wouldn't open. Two windows over looking the street one with a sheer curtain one with a black out curtain. Useless! The bed had a 3"/6cm worn out foam mattress, firm as the floor. Left first thing the next morning after getting the safe unlocked. You deserve what you get for staying here.
