Great location, comfortable and helpful staff
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was of good size, clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. Isn’t that what we want from a hotel? The bathroom was a bit small with the sink outside in the main part of the room but not an issue for me at all.

Great size room, tiny bathroom, quiet area. Friendly staff, free pastries in the morning at reception area. Suggest catching taxi from the Hong Kong station if catching train from airport only cost about $10 AUD we got hopelessly lost at night time but some friendly locals actually walked us there in the end.

We stayed for nine nights in a premier room on the first floor and absolutely loved it . The 22 square metre room was perfect for a couple , being clean , well appointed and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Free bottled water was provided although tap water was fine for tea and coffee.Hotel provided a free smart phone in the room which we took out with us each day. It made life very easy with free data and local calls. Reception staff were always courteous and helpful. The location was central to transport,restaurants and shops.We would certainly stay there again.

Good location, nice view overlooking park, lovely quiet room but the best part was the additional touches: complimentary pastries in the lobby for breakfast snacks; complimentary mobile phone that kept me connected when out and about in Hong Kong; free international calls; good wifi. Will stay again during stopovers.
