Architectural splendor in Vienna
Staff friendly, attentitive and efficient. Our twin room had a juliette balcony which we could see the opera house from. The room and hotel was in an authentic period decor, very elegant. It was very quiet in the room, spacious, with a coffee machine. The room service was super fast. We enjoyed a meal in the evening in the restaurant. We also had breakfast every morning which had alot of choice. Really convenient location, outside the underground but easy walking distance to most attractions, would definately stay here again.

A beautifully designed & decorated hotel, centrally located, it was like staying in a museum! There was a fabulous selection at breakfast, dinner and the aftetnoon tea is not to be missed. They catered for all tastes and adapted to the varying needs in our party ( vegetarian, de caf, low fat) the staff were friendly, efficient and couldnt do enough to make our experience the best stay weve had anywhere in the world! All the staff were really flexible, taking our order & serving earlier so we could eat at supper at our leisure & still be at the opera for 7pm. The bedrooms were luxurious, clean and well maintained, and the chocolate each night on the turn down service was really appreciated. From reception to waitressing, maids to doorman, we cant recommend it enough and we'll certainty be back when we visit Vienna again!

Excellent luxury hotel in fabulous location in center of Vienna, AUstria. Customer service, housekeeping, porters, concierge were all trained and professional and courteous. Bar and breakfast was excellent too!

We stayed a the Bristol hotel for 4 nights during December. This is a real luxury hotel with a great location and great service. We had a room with a 'city view'. you do not get much view but when you open the window you can see the Opera house just in front of you. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. Service is very, very good. The room and the hotel is very decorated and you feel the atmosphere of a 130-year-old building that carry the history of this area. One note: The acoustics in our room was not very good so we could hear our next door neighbors even when they talk. Overall, highly recommended
