4/10 Fair

Although the staff was excellent, I checked in to our room after a long event around 9:30 pm to find not 1, not 2, but over 20+ hairs on my bathroom floor. So much that I had to take a washcloth and clean the floor myself. I told the others not to use the shower that night and asked the front desk to please clean my bathroom the next morning. They did come and clean it but in my opinion, this is unacceptable. I want to stress how friendly the staff were and that they did handle the situation. But a room should never be turned over like that for a new guest. Our room also had a bad smell of mold in it. I will not be booking here again.

10/10 Exceptional

My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful.

10/10 Exceptional

Good value for the price, especially for business travelers who aren’t picky (best in Delmont and Apollo area). Consistently clean rooms (some repairs needed) with decent pillows, working fridge, and small table big enough for a laptop. Great WiFi connection - no issues.

6/10 Good

Friendly at the front desk, room was fine. However, there was no lock/latch on the "back door" at the end of the hall. Guests can go out there to smoke (or walk dogs), but the door does not lock; guests (or anyone) can just walk right in, with no security there at all. No problem with the locks on the room doors, but I'm used to needing a card to get in at alternate doors like that, or having to walk in the front door. Don't like the idea of that door being open to anyone who happens by. (Did not have an actual problem with someone doing that, but that door should be locked.)

8/10 Very good

Staff are excellent and clearly care about the hotel. I told them about a few things that could be addressed, but added that the bed AND the pillows were better than Club Wyndham (3 or 4 star places). Heater never wavered in 13-degree weather. Fridge and microwave worked well. Plus the Bob’s Subs and Donuts next door has amazing Philly steak subs ‘done Bob’s way’. Location is great for travel into Vandergrift and Murrysville. Would stay here again!

Great value

The place looks shady as hell from the outside but it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, the shower was so hot and nice and the room was clean. Definitely a great stay especially for the price!

The room was great. It had a modern feel unlike many outdated hotel rooms. No problem with noise, a 1 min walk for breakfast or lunch. Convenient location right off the main highway. The price was a pleasant surprise as well. Didn't have to look for staff when checking in and out. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

Third year staying there when we visit to play hockey with formal team for a weekend of fun. Inside is small and clean - Outside could use some work but we only sleep there and it works for us.

Great budget hotel

My son and I stayed here for six days over the 4 th of July week and found the hotel clean and convenient to shops and restaurants. The staff was professional and friendly. When I relocate back to Pittsburgh , I’ll be looking to stay here while I find a house.
