Wonderful Stay at Residence Inn Boise West
We stayed at Residence Inn Boise West for 11 nights. It included extended family from 3 states and 4 generations. Our stay was great. Clean property, breakfast good, evening mix was good, all employee/associate contact was helpful and friendly, generally great! Mall across the street, freeway access great and easy to get to business and entertainment areas, without be in the middle of either.

Hotel accommodations were great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is in a convenient location with easy access to downtown Boise and Albertson's Stadium. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite...very spacious and perfect for a family of four. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was average, but that's to be expected. Hotel pictures on website are a bit misleading...pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, and there isn't a whirlpool/hot tub as shown in pics (it has been tiled over since that picture was taken). The pool/hot tub situation was a bit of a disappointment, but overall the stay was great. Would definitely stay here again.
