From arriving and having the most helpful receptionist was a great start. The room was lovely and clean as was the bathroom. The sauna and steam room were so relaxing along with a swim in the pool. The location is great and close to the beach.

Location great only a short walk to beach and 12 minute walk to the town centre. Clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The negatives- swimming pool is very small and not monitored properly with the amount of people using it and becomes unbearable. The hotel is very dated and in need of updating. The double beds are very small. Parking is a nightmare and you’re lucky to get a space and if you do it’s £15 a day. Stepped access on the bedroom floors even after using the lift. The positives - bar food at the hotel is very nice, bar area is relaxing and dog friendly if needed, hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast is good value at £11.

Old, cold hotel.

The whole hotel was freezing. Our bathroom had no heating. The towels were thin and small. Parking was a nightmare. The coffee machine in the bar wasn’t working. Noisy in the corridors. The only positive was the staff were friendly but constantly apologizing.would not stay again.
