Claustrophobic
The room feels rather claustrophobic. Only one person can move in the room at a time. However, everything is fully functional. I take it that this is the typical size of a hotel room in Tokyo. The hotel location is a fair distance from the nearest train station, hence the shuttle service is very necessary.

Solid mid range hotel
Good mid range hotel. Small rooms but comfortable enough. Friendly staff and a nice area as long as you don't mnd a bit of walking.

Great place for the price
It was great, decent room size for Tokyo in this price range. Shinjuku is one of the most convenient places to stay in Tokyo and the free shuttle bus to/from the hotel is really handy. It was great for a cheaper Tokyo hotel. The hotel is on the business/skyscraper side of Shinjuku about 10mins walk to the bright lights and action but this is a good thing as it as nice to step out of it sometimes to your quiet hotel across the road from a park.

Pleasant stay
A little far from the major parts of Shinjuku but the shuttle bus is very convenient. The hotel has every basic you need. Overall a pleasant stay in Tokyo.

Great place if you like to walk.
a little far from the city but I like to walk. The courtesy bus was a plus and the view from my room of the government buildings was spectacular. I'm on holiday traveling in Japan for 10 days
