Excellent
We loved it here. Lovely compact rooms, with everything you need. Although, a little more hanging space would be great. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the air con worked brilliantly, as did the block out blinds. The bathroom was fabulous and one of the best showers ever! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic! As long as you don't mind a short walk.
The hotel is very well situated as long as you're ok with walking. There's several subway station roughly 10-15 minutes walk away with a few hilly bits, so if you're overweight, unfit or injured you may not like the walk too much. But if you're fit and healthy it'll be no issue whatsoever. The room was well sized and very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Service from the front desk was fantastic, they went above and beyond every time we needed anything - no matter how big or small. Overall I thoroughly recommend this hotel, major sightseeing locations were roughly half an hour away (including the walk to the subway) this includes Shibuya and Shinjuku. Roppongi and Akasaka are a 15 minute walk away also. Overall this hotel was fantastic and would definitely stay here again.

Okay but not great.
We stayed here for 4n after 2n at the Grand Fresca as that hotel was not available for our full stay. This hotel was okay, but a bit overrated by other reviews (I expected it to be better). Room was larger than at the Grand Fresca (we still preferred the Grand Fresca) but room was a bad shape and the bathroom was only a frosted glass wall separating it form the room and no bathtub only a shower (I dont think a bathtub was promised however). Its note right near the station and shops like the Grand Fresca (450m walk away). Coin Laundry was very useful. Breakfast was not very good (the only ceral was all bran, scrambled eggs are okay, but only these funny teeny skinny cocktail sausages to go with it). There were odd problems like the hotel shut off the AirCon as its was mid-November and "not needed" but the room itself was hot and muggy. We had to open a window which meant leaving the sunblock blind open and getting woken up by blinding light at 6am. The internet was also a bit sketchy (slow) at times.
