The staff was very pleasant the hotel had been recently renovated to a high standard, but there was little to no internet, I only managed to connect to there WiFi twice in 4 days for a few minutes and it was very slow, there was a fridge in the room but no coffee maker or means to boil water there was boiling water available in reception but no cups

Great spot for a first night in LA before going on our road trip. Good sized room with 3 large beds. Bathroom is a little small but does the job.

Not the best.
Beware: check out is at 10:30 am, not 11 like it says online, amd they will not honor it. There is a possibility that parking will be full and you'll have to park on the street. My fridge was not working, i realized it the minute i got there and let them know, but i had to wait until the next day to get a working one. With a 18 month old, this was not acceptable. I had to get creative to keep her milk cold (they charge for ice). The pillows have these tiny ball like shapes inside, they are very uncomfortable. Lastly, if your intention is to wake up late, this is not the hotel to do that in. The cleaning ladies start at 8 AM and they yell to each other from their room to another and since the balcony is not a rug their cart is super loud as they take it from corner to corner. Needless to say, i will not be staying here again.

Rooms were clean, large and simple looking. Definetely nice price/performance. The only problem I had was loud A/C disturbed my sleep often.
