We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

The kitchen has been refurbished and stocked with all necessary utensils and amenities to make a family meal or host your own dinner. The living room has a cosy feel, with some art-nouveau frames and elegant sofas - ideal for kicking back in or snuggling up with a partner in the evening in front of the large flatscreen TV. All the bedrooms are well-sized, and the master bedroom features a luxurious double bed with a stylish frame. Each bedroom can comfortably sleep two people each. In the rear of the home, there is a private garden equipped with outdoor chairs and tables, and even enough room for a quick kickaround with a football. Each bathroom has been meticulously and carefully dressed with all necessary amenities, diffusers and toiletries. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. You’ll find plants and art around, rounding up the space and making sure you feel at home right away. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home is located in one of Clapham’s most famous streets, Abbeville Road. You’ll be in the heart of one of South London’s most picturesque areas, and only a short walk away from the Northern Line via Clapham Common and South, which will take you to central London in just fifteen minutes.
London is well connected by overground stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area with multiple parks in easy reach. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits a few minutes walking from Leyton Midland Road and Leytonstone High Road overground stations.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your
relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
