Having the keypad entry was great, and really easy to use. However the apartment itself was unclean, with stains on the sheets, dirt in the bathtub and along the walls, and the kettle had mould in it. As well as this, I found the apartment a little hard to find, and tried calling reception for help, but even though the email said reception closes at 8:30, when I called at 8:10pm it was already closed. Overall, the experience was fine but the upkeep of the apartment cleaning needs improving.

The Studio apartment was not even close to the pictures. No hot water, it strongly smelled of a chlorine clean, so much so it caused asthma attacks. The “bathroom” door was rotten on the base, there is Mould on the curtain and around the windows. We had to sleep with all the windows open which just caused massive traffic noise. After raising a complaint with the call centre we are still awaiting a call back. Avoid at all costs with fear of your well being.

Our trainer who regularly booked for Jesmond has provided feedback that we are paying the same price week in and week out, however, the quality of the room provided varies, for example this week, the room was too small and no spot to eat his food properly, he was eating standing up. Please assist and ensure that since we are regularly booking the room, to give the same room all the time.
