also walk or call the dial-a-ride to take to you to any of the
fabulous places in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch.
This spectacular residence is very well appointed with a gourmet
kitchen, large living room area, wood burning fireplace, outdoor BBQ
grill, washer and dryer, WiFi, DVD, and four flat screen TV's. You
will marvel at the interior of this mountain modern ski condo as you
watch the snowfall or summer sun.

We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all

special cleaning products that are effective towards killing
viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small
brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable
• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning,
including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet
knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

Additional and oversized vehicles must be parked at one of the Beaver
Creek lower lots by first checking into the Beaver Creek Reception
Center located at the Welcome Gate.
Please allow 2-3 hours time from DIA in Denver and 1 hour from Eagle
Airport. Remember that mountain roads may be snow-packed or icy, and
that you may be driving at night.
From Denver: Take I-70 West from Denver to Exit 167 (Avon). At the
bottom of the exit
ramp, enter the roundabout and go ¾ around to pass
From Eagle: Take I-70 East from Eagle to Exit 167 (Avon). Bear right
at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Avon Road.
Continued: You will pass straight through the next 4 roundabouts
towards Beaver Creek Mountain and at the final roundabout, take the
2nd right into Beaver Creek Resort. The Security Gate staff will ask
your destination. Let them know you are a guest. They can provide you
with a map of Beaver Creek if you like.
Proceed up Village Road approximately 2 miles. You will pass under a
chair lift and turn left onto Offerson Road.
Continue up the road and take a right onto Highlands Lane (Kiva Lodge
will be on your left).
On Highlands Lane take the right fork. There is a sign with arrows for
the Highlands. Follow the road to the end (passing McCoy Peak Lodge).
Highlands Slopeside will be on your right.The parking garage is on
your right after the front door to the Highlands Slopeside building.
Enter the code below into the keypad. Once in the garage, park in one
of the unassigned spots.
Proceed to the elevator and go to the second floor. Take a left
outside the elevator and a right down the hallway to residence #221.
There is a keypad lock on the door.
