Nothing fancy but rooms are clean and functional. The place is safe. There were a few minor issues with the room, but for the price , it was a great stay and we will be back next trip down there.

4/10 Fair

I checked in with a very nice person. Gave me recommendations about a couple restaurants I saw. This is a very "tired" property. Unfortunately the two washcloths on the bathroom counter were stained with lots of brown areas. When I reached for the hand towel to dry my hands the towel rack came apart and fell on the floor. I found candy wrappers in the bedside table as well as a piece of the candy on top. The A/C worked great. The TV worked great. I was suspicious of how clean the room really was so I did not shower and not sure if there were clean sheets and pillowcases. When I checked out the next morning, I did take the stained washclothes and showed a picture of both the candy wrappers and broken towel rack. I did not ask for but would have appreciated a discount on my room rate. When I went to breakfast I saw the Hampton Inn and thought I should have stayed there.

8/10 Very good

I liked that the parking lot was well lit up. The room I was staying in was very close to the noisy street and the door had a crack in it between the door and the door jam that did not help with noise reduction. Other than that, it was a place to sleep that was clean and convenient to where I needed to be.
