Located in the Beach Tower, only steps away from all the Beach Villa amenities is our two professionally decorated, spacious, split bedroom layout villas. Offering the benefits of the open-plan living space and seamlessly flowing onto the lanai, perfect for entertaining and relaxing with your family and fellow travelers. For those who enjoy a little alone time, it also provides private space on either side of the condo so you are not tripping all over each other, and FREE WiFi! Perfect for sharing with the children or friends!

WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE THIS VILLA?
- Located in the more desirable Beach Tower, this unit is only steps away from the beach and directly overlooks the lagoon pool, the beach bar, BBQs, and outdoor tables. As the villas are on the 3rd floor, it is easy to watch your family and friends from the lanai and more effectively plan your time for the BBQ and outdoor tables.
- These villas avoids the hot afternoon sun which makes for more pleasant afternoons out on the lanai.
- If you have stayed at the Beach Villas before, you know the difference between the Beach Tower and the Ocean Tower - the villas may be the same inside, but the convenience of the Beach Tower cannot be matched, which makes a big difference over the course of your stay.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior
written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
