Great stay. Hotel has everything you need including a descent sized pool and sauna. Room was spacious an very quiet. This is a very large complex. Food and service in the bar was exceptional. While train stations are fairly close, it is a distance from everything else. However I chose it to be able to walk everywhere from a Central point and for this it was ok.

Overall, nice hotel but had a few issues, some resoved after contacting front desk twice. Only one person on front desk, hotel looked closed, hardly any signs of life or hotel lobby lights left on at the weekend . Appreciate that the Caronavirus has had an impact on some of the hotels ammenities/facilities in the hotel. But still expected to pay full price for booking and not told before arrival of any of this. Dissapointed, but breakfast & staff nice. Also no room information or welcome pack.

No refund during Covid-19 lockdown.
We were supposed to have a family trip to Eastern Europe. Covid 19 hit the world and everything was closed. They cancelled our flights (refunded) and our hotels. (All refunded except this hotel! Wouldn't even do a voucher for our rescheduled trip next summer). Very disappointed with their customer service when a world-wide pandemic isn't even a good enough reason for a refund.

Perfect hotel for visiting Berlin
This hotel is in a perfect location for visiting sights in aBerlin. It is very comfortable and quiet with a good breakfast and excellent bar. The staff are friendly, helpful, and all speak English. I won’t stay anywhere else my next time in Berlin!
