The staff was extremely helpful, including helping with taxis and local areas of interest.The breakfast buffet is very nice. The WIFI works well in some areas of the hotel, but not really in the room I was staying (just had to go down to the lobby to get a better signal, though this could be busy if trying to call). The location is near some areas of concern, but I would recommend Hotel Palmas del Sol for value and a short stay in or near the central district of Asunción.

A localização é relativamente boa. O chuveiro era ok! Gostei de servirem refeições no estilo buffet, porém não fui avisada que o sistema não funciona nos finais de semana. No final de semana o café da manhã começa meia hora mais tarde, e também não fui avisada disso. Era muito nojento todos os interruptores do quarto, sujos, marrons. O travesseiro das camas parecia piada! Era umas espumas picadas dentro de uma fronha. No primeiro dia tive nojo de deitar nos lençóis da cama. O colchão devia ter uns 20 anos. A cama estava balançando. O cheiro do quarto era de fossa! A porta do frigobar não abria e a porta era nojenta, encardida.

Asukoht hea ja kaunis hotell. Küll oli heliisolatsiooniga tos probleeme. Konditsioneeri ventilaatorid tegid liiga kõva häält ja kõik hotellis toast mööda minevate inimeste hääled olid kuulda, kuna uks asus läbikäidava koridori vastas.
