We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. The walls between rooms are a bit thin, could be problematic for light sleepers.

Close parking?
This was our second stay there fantastic place. The only issue this time was with parking. You are provided passes to display, however someone took 2 spots at our lot limiting the parking. Then they had guests stay for 2 days taking up the spots with no visible permits. we had to walk a distance to get to our vehicle. Apparently parking passes are not worth the paper they are printed on, and parking is not enforced.

Good place except lots of spider's!!
Overall my stay was okay. For the price you pay to stay here i would expect it to be much better. There was a lot forgotten when they updated the king condo's like sealing all the cracks and windows. It rained during my stay and there was water in both bathroom windows and in the bedroom window. My condo also has a spider issue so much i bought my own spray to kill them. My first king condo had big spiders and some kind of bug in the scorpion family i have two small babies. We moved rooms with no problem thanks to girl's at front desk. My new king condo had big spider and baby scorpion in shower first night here.Hank was great coming out to see it and kill it. We have since had half a dozen more spider's since our stay. I know this place is in the desert but shouldn't be inside with my family. No comp was offered for all the problems just wanted to move again very hard with 2 babies. Positive about here the view from my back window is great. There's road behind condo that has cars going to little hill half the night walking up babies sometimes. The bed was good and comfortable. It's great having full kitchen and dishes. Dishwasher wasn't working but we just washed by hand. All the staff we have meet are great Hallie and jasmine at front desk are always helpful and fast checking in extended my stay few times. Hank and other engineers were great fixing any issues and killing big spider's or scorpion. We would stay here again but without babies not place for them unless no bugs

We stayed for 2 nights. We liked the location the area was beautiful and well maintained. The room fridge was great kept our items cold. The shower had nice hot water. When we called for service they were prompt and courteous. Staff was friendly. Bed, pillows and linens were comfortable and in nice shape. Very grateful for these comforts. Provided coffee but no water. For the price ($250 a night) the rooms were average. They were musty smelling when we arrived and both bathrooms had a moldy smell we think from the shower curtains. We needed to open windows and air them out so not a great first impression. The faucet in 42B was loose so temp control was a bit tricky. The water pressure was too low. Not sure why most hotels don't have more than one decent size trash can. The hotel didn't provide daily cleaning which we were unaware of so we needed to contact them for extra towels and trash service. No available Ice machines or drink machines. If we needed something we had to contact guest service for all small amenities. No TV entertainment options like movies. The coffee area provided was appreciated but no light so it was hard to see to make coffee in the morning. They provided coffee but no water options so I guess we would have had to call guest service for bottled water which wasn't convenient. Overall I would look to stay again but would look for a better price point as it wasn't worth the $1500 for two rooms and two nights. The rooms are a bit outdated.

Not a Marriott property! If your golfing with your bro’s it’s the cheaper alternative to the JW up the hill, and is OK There were masqitos in the bathroom, no room clean up on Saturday and 1 pack of coffee.

Poor
The unit we stayed in had a single metal door joining another unit. That couple in the other unit started fighting at 12:20 am. Went on for over an hour. Along with door slamming at 3am. Needless to stay we didn't get much sleep and canceled our next night stay.

Locattion was great. But my expectation from website and Expedia were way off. Expected a walkout balcony and had window with view of roof of next building. DIdn't had any maid service. On 4th day got clean towels and garbage removed. Holiday Inn Express would have been better and a lot cheeper.

Good
The property is nicely landscaped and there is adequate parking. However they really need to update the bathroom. It was very cold and the bathtub looked like the 50’s. There was not enough water in the shower. Other than that we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay there. The restaurant is good.
