Nice hotel in quiet part of town close to action
The hotel 🏨 s in a nice part of the city but not near the shops or night life but it’s only a short 5 min taxi ride away,’ The staff were pleasant and spoke some English. The rooms were clean and tidy. Nice breakfast room.

We do not recommend
The rooms were really dirty, it is clear they never vacuum. The hotel wastes resources and money by leaving a plastic bag (full of toothbrushes, combs, etc.) outside the room every night even when you did not request a room clean up. On the other hand when you do ask them to clean the room they don’t do the bed. There were also stains on then comforter. In my opinion the rate is too expensive for what they are offering.

Room was smaller than I expected but it was clean and it was just a place to sleep. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Poor 2.0
Don't go there
The room is old and neglected, not clean (there were hairs inside the folded towel), the staff barely speaks English and location isn't good (10 minutes from the train station and not close to anywhere). Although hotels.com promise air conditioner, my room was extremely hot. I asked to fix the aircon, and I was explained that the aircon system is shared for all the rooms and at this time of the year it is set for heating. The hotel manager suggested that I'll open the window and use a tiny fan he had. I asked to moved to another hotel in the chain, but they offered a refund for half a day. We spent about an hour about that (they couldn't speak English, so I had to use google translate and they went to their office to print translations) until the hotel manager "surrender'" and agreed to move me to another hotel who have private aircon for each room. There is no reason to go there. Considering their service and facilities, even though it is not expensive for Tokyo, it doesn't worth the money.

Value for Money and Very Clean
Hotel was surprisingly good, the room was small pretty much standard for the price and hotel type i guess. It was good value for money, it has everything we needed, clean bed, toilet with bath and shower and all toiletries, they cleaned the room everyday and gave us 2 bottles of water almost everyday. The location of the hotel is about 450-500m to nearby subway/metro and there is a bus stop about 200m, Shinjuku is 25mins by bus and Shibuya is 3 stops away so quiet convenient. There is 7/11 just infront of the hotel, restaurants nearby and massage and spas. Staff were very friendly and accommodating given they lack english but was still good. Overall i enjoyed our stay here!
