Bad English knowledge of the personnel, lack of milk selection during breakfast. In reality only one restaurant works during the day… Random time of the room service each day, no electric mosquito repellent. No turndown service. Sparrow’s nests in outdoor restaurant, sparrow pooped sitting in outdoor areas noone cares about except you and your shorts. Inexperienced SPA therapists. A lot of room to grow.
