Along northwest Guam’s coast, Tumon is a bustling tourist district. If you’re an avid shopper, Tumon should be your first stop—the area is jam-packed with malls and high-end retailers. You can hop on a trolley and cruise down Pale San Vitores Road, stopping at designer boutiques along the way.
Dance clubs and restaurants dot the promenade along Hotel Row, whose deluxe resorts offer pristine views of the ocean. Framed by a coral reef, the area is ideal for snorkeling and fishing. Tumon Bay was home to several World War II defense posts, and many artifacts are available for viewing.

Water park was not crowded and was very well maintained. The room had a great view and staff was very professional.

We live here in Guam and booked an overnight as part of our kids Christmas gift so that they could enjoy the Waterpark. It is an older property but kept in immaculate condition (excellent work by the grounds crew). All check in staff was professional and friendly. A little disappointed that large sections of the Waterpark were closed (COVID? Staffing?) but there were enough pools, slides and kayaks available to keep our 5 and 13 year olds happy. One concern, we had a late (1pm) check out, however housekeeping entered our room at 10:00am WITHOUT knocking! I have been in the travel industry for over 25 years and stayed in 100's of hotels all over the world. I've never experienced a staff member just walking into the room unannounced. This continued until checkout with housekeeping knocking and trying their key in the doors of both rooms that we booked. They even cleaned one of our rooms while the kids were in the waterpark which resulted in their key cards being deactivated and we couldn't get our luggage until a staff member came up to unlock it for us, all prior to our check out time. We would happily stay at PIC again, but I'm hoping that Housekeeping won't be so aggressive next time.

Check in went smoothly. The room was nice and pretty clean. Nice balcony overlooking the waterpark and ocean. The waterpark was fun and relaxing. You can charge things to your room while down in the waterpark which is nice, but be aware there is a service fee each time. The ramen house in the hotel was alright, not amazing. Lots of great spots to walk to from the hotel. Check out was also fine.
