Stayed one night for a Saturday event. The room was clean and comfortable. No issues with check-in. The breakfast was more than just muffins and juice. Enjoyed scrambled eggs, potatoes, raisin toast, and juice. I will say again if I'm in the area.

Strict 11am check out time:-(
The customer service at front desk is little rude when we asked for grace time to check out as we stepped out early morning for kids tournament. They gave only 30 mins as grace time. Hotels should follow a 24 hours check out time meaning count the days from the time we check in instead of strict 11am checkout time.

However, the lack of hot water for a shower in the room was disappointing and took away from the overall experience. Addressing that issue would make this a great stay!
