Very nice hotel. Located near the train station and about a 15 minute walk uphill to Old Quebec City. Staff was very friendly. Our room was ready so we were able to check in early, and check out a little late to accommodate our train schedule. They leave a nice breakfast of pastries and juice on a hook outside the door. It was also very quiet even though it was on a fairly busy street.

Clean, neat, and with a welcoming "home" atmosphere. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It is probably the most relaxed and comfortable we have felt at any hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and we enjoyed quite a few casual conversations with them. The location provides easy walking access to the Lower Town and, with a short uphill walk, the Upper Town. We took pictures of the outside of the hotel and have shared that and contact information with friends and family.
