4/10 Fair

As soon as I walked in I saw a dead roach at entry way. When we did get to our room the beds were a mess. Housekeeping obviously does not take pride in their work. I actually thought maybe they gave us a room that was already occupied. The fitted sheet was inside out and not even covering the corners of the mattress. The sheet and blankets were the wrong size so they dragged to the floor and pillows were not even placed neatly at top of the bed, just thrown. Then at night I turned on the light in the bathroom to find 2 live roaches on the walls. Even at check out the next morning the same dead roach was still at the entry way, so you know staff does not clean, sweep thoroughly. Not the kind of cleanliness or comfort I would expect from a Marriot hotel. I will not be staying here again.

The manager was extremely rude when i tried to find out why the fraud department was calling us about an extra charge on our credit card. We had already paid all through a third party. And she got frustrated and hung up on me.
