No internet and AC was not working. No one answers at the front desk when you call. And there is no free parking!!!! Paid way to much and was not happy with my stay.

Had a place to sleep but that’s the only positive
Arrived about 10 pm with a gaggle of kids and hotel was locked. Had to walk across the street to check in at the “other” hotel. TVs didn’t work in the room. Said free breakfast but there was none to be found. Called front desk, she knew nothing about breakfast, put me on hold and returned to say it was at a neighboring hotel. It wasn’t.

The location was great and near to many attractions. It feels safe and secure. We were actually moved to the Courtyard Marriott right at the same location. The rooms are pretty clean, but seem outdated and could use and update. The lighting was awful and the room just seemed old and dingy.

Very Disappointed
Booked the SpringHill, was forced to stay at the Fairfield. Very disappointed - roaches in room, stains in the shower. It was late and we were tired, otherwise would have left. Something has gone terribly wrong at Marriott properties, these chains used to have a certain standard - which has now disappeared.

Great Stay Near Disney
The staff was friendly and gave you that warm, happy vacation feel! The property is clean and well maintained and a short trip from Disney. One warning is the shuttle system to the parks is currently closed. So plan on getting a rental car or budget for $50/day in Uber or Lyft rides to the park. Going to Disney Springs is only a $10 Lyft. I would 100% recommend this property to friends and family.
