    Nice hotel; very nice pools

    Large comfortable room. Air conditioning was only effective in the separate sitting room. Adequate breakfast, but the breakfast support staff seemed overwhelmed. Very nice grounds and pools. Complimentary pool towels was a nice touch. Staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient onsite parking; good wifi.

    Nella camera di albergo : Quando si entra in camera si entra al buio totale e si cerca di capire come fare sì che l'impianto elettrico sia attivo. Non c'è la chiave magnetica da inserire all'ingresso. Bisogna invece capire che è necessario poggiare la chiave su un gancetto invisibile a fianco ad alcuni interruttori e bisogna anche immaginare che è appendendo la chiave ad un gancetto che si aziona l'impianto elettrico. Per fare ciò all'hotel Abano Ritz bisogna ovviamente avere una lampadina in tasca che consenta di cercare e trovare quel gancetto. Totale di circa 12 interruttori non attivi ed inutili sui quali dovere premere prima di trovare l'interruttore che serve veramente. Comando a manovella per aria presente soltanto in modo ornamentale che fa perdere tempo al poveraccio sfigato che cerca di capire come diminuire il livello dell'aria condizionata. Interruttore della luce del bagno non presente fuori dal bagno prima di entrare nel bagno a fianco alla porta e non presente nel bagno a fianco alla porta che bisogna cercare per un quarto d'ora al buio prima di capire che è a fianco allo specchio. Interruttore che fa accendersi una spia rossa e che non si sa a cosa serva. Per capirlo bisogna chiedere e le verrà detto che è per segnalare di volere non essere disturbato. Dunque per non essere disturbato bisogna dormire con una spia che illumina tutta la camera dal fianco del cuscino.     Vorrei tanto dare il massimo dei voti a questa meravigliosa struttura, ma purtroppo ho evidenziato alcuni punti deboli che mi hanno lasciata un po' perplessa. Le parti comuni sono stupende, così dicasi per il bellissimo giardino e per le piscine di acque termali. La pulizia è impeccabile vuoi nelle stanze vuoi in tutto l'albergo. Il personale è molto professionale e gentile. I punti deboli: le camere un po' datate e da rivedere completamente. La mia doppia superior non era all'altezza di un cinque stelle. Da rivedere anche la colazione, scarsa soprattutto per chi segue un regime ipocalorico e con poca scelta sia nel dolce che nel salato. Peccato davvero, ma se una struttura si fregia di 5 stelle, deve necessariamente porre attenzione ai minimi particolari.
