Not a bad place to stay
We stayed in the Presidential suite which is relative, I guess. The room was bigger than most so plenty of room to move about. There was a couch and comfy chair as well as a regular desk and office style chair. I thought the couch pulled out into a bed, but it does not. Hotel is set up for continental breakfast but they weren't serving that. Instead you go to the front desk and ask for breakfast bags for each guest. It contained some juice in a bottle, snacks like granola bars and cookies and maybe a danish. Not really breakfast food but better than nothing. The employees were very friendly and helpful at all times. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in town.

we checked in and the staff charged me full price for both nights even when we told him we may not stay both nights. The next morning we told staff we would not be staying another night and they had a hard time processing the refund and had to call their manager to help with the "system". The toilet s topped flushing that morning and the bathroom fan was extremely loud; the bed was not comfortable

No Breakfast and noisy.
No breakfast at all. Nothing. Just chairs turned upside down in the breakfast area. No sign. I know it's not a mandate thing because we have stayed at other hotels in NC and the Raleigh area. Evidently there are people who live in this hotel, because the police we called last night for a domestic dispute. Dog barking at 5:30am.

The property looked nice. The staff were kind. The room was not so good. Cigarette burned blankets, absolutely disgusting carpet, and incredibly outdated. The shower only got luke warm, even though the sink would get hot. Free breakfast was advertised, yet they do not have it. The only thing "presidential" about this room was the resemblance to our current administration. There is no elevator either, and i had just had surgery.

Not worth the money spent.
I had ants in the room and they didn't even have coffee or juice in the morning....let alone an actual continental breakfast that litetally everyone gives nowadays. For an executive suite as well, it was not worth the money. You would get a better rate at motel 6 with a better stay, in my opinion.
