Nestled in a typical Mediterranean pine forest, Villa Amace is the ideal destination for those looking for a seaside holiday without renouncing the green and the scents of the Tuscan countryside. The unique location of this villa, just 500 metres from the sea, is within walking distance of a variety of fully-equipped bathing establishments, with the possibility of having lunch in the various restaurants to be found within them. The villa is located just a short distance from Pisa (8 km), a town of unique charm with the famous Leaning Tower, surrounded by the green of Piazza dei Miracoli which includes a unique architectural complex with the Duomo and the adjacent Baptistery. The recently renovated villa has been furnished to meet the needs and well-being of the guests who stay there, in fact the owners have relied on a home stylist to create a comfortable and welcoming environment that will make your holiday unforgettable. The location of the property is ideal for golf lovers with, just 900 metres away, 2 golf courses: the 18-hole Cosmopolitan Golf Club and the 9-hole Golf Club Tirrenia, completely immersed in the green of the pine forest. For nature lovers, just 500 metres from the property and adjacent to the beach, is the WWF Oasis Dune di Tirrenia where, together with the various paths that wind through the green pine forest, you can stroll, lulled by the sound of the sea. The property has three floors surrounded by a green lawn with areas where you can relax and a heated ( from 2022) swimming pool adjacent to the living area. The location of the villa, near the motorway exit, is ideal for going on excursions to discover the beauty of Tuscany, alternating between culture, food and wine or exploring the golden beaches that make up the Tyrrhenian coast. For opera fans, in nearby Torre del Lago you can visit the house museum of the great composer Giacomo Puccini which stands on the shores of Lake Massaciuccoli where you can explore the protected wildlife area within it.

Interior:

Villa Amace has three floors: on the ground floor is a big open-plan area, with large openable windows, composed of the living area with TV corner and communicating with the brightly-lit kitchen, the dining room, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and a guest bathroom, in addition to the laundry area. Upstairs is the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with king size bed, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub. From the ground floor a flight of stairs leads down to the games room with billiard table, card table, bar video game, Technogym spinning bike and a smart-TV with sofa. Also on this floor, with access from the games room or from outside, is a suite with divisible double bed with bathroom and chromotherapy area with shower.

garden of the property extends on four sides and is totally flat, in part planted with lawn and in part paved with resin slats with, in the centre, the swimming pool and the adjacent areas dedicated to the living and dining areas, all shaded by an automatically extending roof. The entire perimeter of the garden is bordered by a high laurel hedge to guarantee your privacy.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:

The rectangular infinity pool, which measures 6 x 12 m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 2.30 m, is lined in sand-coloured PVC and has salt purification, internal lighting, three hydromassage jets and Roman steps on the short side for access to the water. The pool is also equipped with a cover which can be closed every evening if you want to maintain an optimal water temperature, which can reach 25 degrees. The pool area is completed by a hot and cold-water shower, sunbeds and an electric shading cover. HEATED POOL FROM 2022. It is possible to use the swimming pool from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

This rate includes:

- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.
