Terrible
This place is close to a dump. No shampo, no soap in my room just empty bottles. The hotel smelled like mildew . Never again .

Great value, service and a clean room
Overall the boutique hotel was well kept and clean. My room had a surprisingly large bathroom. Austin sent me a text before I arrived outlining the check in process, gave the code for the front gate and our room code. There isn’t a receptionist or anyone in person to help, but Austin was available via text with any questions. I stayed here to go to Crypto.com arena. A little bit of a walk, and the neighbor is a little off the beaten path and a little rough (it’s downtown LA) but I did feel safe there. But the price can’t be beat for the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Not What We Thought
Upon checkin, we felt uncomfortable. The enterance is a gate that you have to enter in a code. Overall dirty and numerous homeless people hang out around the hotel (one threw a dirty sock at my face). I expressed that we would like to cancel our reservation due to feeling uncomfortable and the hotel refused to do so. They took our money even though we ended up booking another hotel room at another hotel. The hotel management is only concerned with being right and upholding their policies. They do not care about working with customers and catering to customer service which is a shame being they’re in the hospitality industry.

Stayed here with my spouse, great spot in downtown LA! Lots of fun and activities around! They was filming a music video with Lady Gaga a block away the other night during our stay ;) Would love to visit again.

Great spot in DTLA
If you looking for a modern spot in downtown - Audemar hotel is a good choice. Located on a safer street, right next to a coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Nevertheless it’s quiet at night. Would return again if I need to travel to DTLA!

The Audemar is super awesome.
Ive stayed at this place more days and nights than I can count and I still love it every time I get a chance to stay there. The owner is super chill. You can hang out at the bar downstairs and (BYOB, not a serviced/licensed drinking area) over all the place has a really exclusive, low lit hallway kind of feel. The first time you arrive you feel as if you've found some well-kept secret, and you have.
