Atención pésima, check in más de 30 minutos y no podían encontrar reserva, servicio muy malo en front desk, capitán de meseros de alberca pésima actitud , no lo recomiendo , nunca regresaría ni regalado. Para un hotel que presume ser top es una vergüenza.Giovanny mesero de alberca salvó mi estancia, única persona atenta.

It is a very old hotel which has gone through renovations. Not close to anything. But staff is great, the Sunday brunch amazing. The gardens are beautiful.

Property is a little off the beaten path and requires you to pass through a couple gate guards but the plus side is you are not about to be disturbed by people who don’t belong there. Very nice place and friendly staff. Only down side was the Kabuki Theater was closed due to renovation.
