Pleasant overall, needs air con and improvements

We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). Good car parking available and a pleasant stroll to the Port through the golf course and lake. However, there are several important areas requiring improvement: - Air conditioning does not exist. We had to leave the door and windows fully open at night which is unfair. While air con may be expensive to install, P&V should provide silent fans for the bedrooms and living area. - Our accommodation (2 bed apartment) was located at the golf club. P&V tried to contact us on the day of arrival to advise but we were travelling and did not receive that notification. Reception was closed for lunch when we arrived. The directions provided were unclear. This caused us a lot of unnecessary hassle when we arrived which could have been prevented. - Requests for an early check-in should be accommodated (for no additional cost) during low season. Occupancy was low where we were staying. - Wifi access did not work (at Bourgenay golf club where we were staying). - The water slide should be operating at the end of June. - The kids play area needs major modernisation. The crazy golf is dated and the playground isn't fit for purpose. - The exterior common areas of the P&V Bourgenay accommodation would benefit from a lick of paint - alot of peeling paint on corridors.

Great looking place but a few fundamentals were missing. Room was fine, bedding good and air con worked - But window didn't open, which is not unusual but this was on the first floor of an old stable block, not the 20th of a city centre tower block. Pool was good and not too chlorinated. Breakfast was decidedly average, no scrambled eggs when we arrived at 8.30am, informed staff and no more appeared. Coffee was poor, just a few simple things that would have made a better experience if handled properly. There are extensive building works taking place until 2027, so the view from our room was a building site. There is one on site brasserie style bar/restaurant that serves crepes, we didn't book one evening and they were full - No problem, can we order a drink and sit in the bar area? No. We're full - Despite the bar being empty. With nothing else on site, that was kind of a weird play. Overall it's a decent place and we stayed there due to it's proximity to Puy De Fou, which worked perfectly and allowed us to head back after a day in the park for a couple of hours before the night time show. It's not a bad hotel, it's just not as fancy or accomplished as it might present here.

Très bon emplacement, calme avec plage proche. Village de vacances très sympathique et bien entretenue tout peut se faire à pied. Le ménage des maisons devrait être mieux fait (toiles d’araignées au plafond, poussière en dessous des meubles fixes) J’y retournerai.

L'appartement est sympa et bien organisé. Petit bémol pour le ménage, le sol était très sale. Le site est très grand et la piscine du domaine de Bourgenay regroupe plusieurs résidences différentes. En fonction des je localisation de l'appartement, la piscine n'est pas tout près... La réception était assez loin également en ce qui nous concerne, obligé de prendre la voiture, pas très pratique.

La camera è un piccolo appartamento. Ottima posizione nel verde e vicino al campo da golf. Personale gentile e camera pulita. Perfetto per una famiglia che voglia godersi una bella vacanza lunga di più giorni Per me che viaggiavo per lavoro e mi fermavo solo una notte ho trovato troppo caro una struttura nella quale mi sono dovuta fare il letto alla sera quando sono arrivata e non avevo nessuna dotazione standard in bagno (shampoo bagnoschiuma cotton fioc dischetti struccanti etc) Segnalo che non c’è doccia ma solo vasca da bagno. Non adatta a persone di una certa età Per il resto tutto bene. Forse bisognerebbe rivedere il costo in funzione dei servizi dati

Un gros point en moins pour cela car c’est aussi pour cette prestation que je venais dans cet établissement avec mes petits enfants qui ont eu bien du mal à se baigner. Beau cadre. Petite maison dans un environnement champêtre. Activités sur place : piscine, mini aire de jeux pour les petits, mini aire de jeux pour les plus grands, mini golf. À proximité du port et du village (environ 20 minutes de marche avec un enfant de 3 ans). Matériel domestique pas extraordinaire : manches des balais se pliant à l’utilisation, manches des marmites et poêles se détachant, mini serpillière… Finalement pas mal en rapport qualité -prix.
