Overall stay was good. Could use upgrade on the furniture. The furniture in the rooms and in lobby old and dingy.

Called the front desk twice for more towels and got no answer. There were only two towels in the suite for 3 people. Bathtub was stained by something. My wife went down to the desk to get something to clean it and there was no one around. Overall it was ok.

We are a family of 5 that stayed in hotel. Check-in was pleasant. Ms. Mallory (I think that was her name) was very nice and courteous. Our room had ladybugs and Ms. Mallory promptly moved us into another room. She brought the keys up to our room and gave us time to move our things into the other room. The hotel itself shows its age. Although it’s very clean, the furnishings and carpet show some wear and tears. The hot breakfast tastes good and overall selection is varied.

This is our second stay here and we were just as pleased as the first time! The staff is amazing! Last time, we were in the throws of Covid, so a breakfast buffet wasn’t available, but a “box breakfast” was. This time, an awesome hot breakfast was served! Very close to interstate, ask for a room away from the traffic noise.

The employees are so sweet and kind. They are incredibly professional. They could possibly be under staffed. We waited 1.5 hours past check-in time to have access to our room which they stated was being cleaned. The coffee pot did not work. The bath sink and tub did not drain properly. Furniture was worn, scratched, and stained. On the second day of our stay, the elevator broke. The lobby and cafe area was extremely nice. The outside grounds was maintained. The only thing keeping this place running is probably their staff. These employees certainly understand hospitality. Again, they are so kind.

Problematic. Shower in Rm 402 needs to be fixed. One bath towel in room. Called for additional bath towels and pillow. Room service brought bath towels & a blanket. No pillow. (Not sure if sofa sleeper had linen on it or pillows folded up in it. But there was no linen or extra pillows in room.) Sliding glass closet door off track. Ceiling fan dust.

It was a good facility. I would recommend better pillows. Other than that, it was very good. Whatever I needs was assessable upon request. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
