Gem of a hotel in a prime location
The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful! The location was superb, being steps away from some shopping and restaurants, and a short walk to a bus tour stop. The restaurant attached to the hotel has a delcious breakfast buffet and an even better dinner. I highly recommend this hotel, and if i ever find myself in Lisbon again, i would definitely stay here again!

Ideally located on the Rua Augusta
We stayed here in July for 4nts. We booked two rooms. The rooms have different themes and the hotel has a cool, modern vibe. The exterior is classic with beautiful balconies that overlook the Rua Augusta. Rossio square is opposite the hotel and the Ave da Liberdade is within a 5m walk. The bathrooms are super small, with the bathtub / shower - but this one was uneven on the bottom n super tight. The beds are a little soft and the pillows very soft. So that wasn’t really comfortable. Also, there’s just sheets to cover - no duvet. Our room on the 2nd floor was a good size, the kids’ room on the 4th floor for a twin room was a bit smaller. The breakfast is at the in-house restaurant Bastardo and it has a decent selection - breads, pastries, yogurt, smoothies, cold meats, cheese and eggs. The reception area is very small. The team at reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Would def recommend based on area and views from the balcony.

Perfect location
The hotel is cute, clean and in a perfect location. Rooms are small but if you are on vacation and spend most of the day out and about, it does not matter. The Bastardo fish bar downstairs is amazing.
