Rooms And the public areas clean with good facilities. Breakfast was a bit slow due to the toaster not working correctly and the fried and scrambled eggs were left out a little bit too long and went cold.

Been some time since last visit Atrium Krakow, Glad I did Hotel hospitality 5* service and breakfast very good and when it comes to reception how friendly and professional they are. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Great location and staff
The hotel is well located and the staff are friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings and had drinks in the lounge- a popular spot with the guests. We booked a taxi for the return journey to the airport and were shocked to find out the driver wanted 100 zlotis when our journey into town was only 29. I would recommend the hotel but book your own taxi back to the airport.
