It would have been nice to know there was no elevator before booking. They gave us the room upstairs at the very end of this hallway. If I only had to go up and down a few times during our stay with our small children, that would have been fine. We had to go up and down 5 times in a row because our keys did not work. This was on a day that it was 106 degrees outside and we were sweating due to the lack of air conditioning in the building! After all that, I was told that the batteries on the door lock need to be replaced and maintenance would be there in an hour. Staff refused to give me a different room and finally let me in with a master key. Maintenance NEVER came to fix this door. My husband arrived in the middle of the night and staff let him in our room while we were sleeping. He didn’t have to show and identification and a call was not made to our room before opening the door. Very unprofessional!!!
