worst experience ever!
horrible customer service! first lady did not even greet me and was on the phone the whole time she waited on me, she forgot to give me back credit card and drivers license. took an hr to be able to get a room! had to wait for a security person to take us to our room, and bring id and credit card back. no keys provided, they never even mentioned that their system was down or even apologized, we figured that on our own when we asked about our key, I paid for a suite with one room and sofa bed, was put in a nasty musky old smelly regular room, did not even want to bother getting the right room figured it would take them another hour to be able to find one! when checked out asked for a manager was told she was not around so I told her about our bad experience she did not seem to care, when going out to car found a violation tag on windshield, even after providing them with vehicle information, when going back in to ask about it manager was right their and only said oh cause we have lots of people parking here that are not supposed to. and that was it never apologized they blame the site I booked on for getting the room I got, but if system was down how were they suppose to know what room I was suppose to get? never again!

Nice place but no service or internet in the room!
Is a nice place but service is lacking and their internet is not working in the rooms and I stayed there for 4 nights. I called the front desk several times about the internet and several times they told me a supervisor would get back to me but nobody ever called me back. When they directed me to ATT which is their internet provider ATT did not fix it after the first try. After waiting on hold for 33 minutes the second time calling ATT I hung up and went to the front business center to work instead. The business center is like an oven and I had to prop the door open to keep it a normal temperature. When in the business office I asked the front employee to have the supervisor come talk to me when she is available because she was busy at that moment. They never let her know so when I saw her at the front desk I went and talked to her. The Supervisor did credit me for my service charges but that is not worth it for me to stay their again because for my business I need internet and having to go the the front or my office is inconvenient! For my whole stay I had to go to the front and a local office I have in town which was very inconvenient. I will not stay there again!

The AC quit in middle of the nite and Not Fixed
For dinner we started to walk to an eating establishment which was located one block down the street from the hotel. We noticed that the hotel was on margin of a sketchy neighborhood which made us uncomfortable and so we returned to the room and order in. Several hours after we went to bed we noticed the room getting warmer even though the AC unit fan was still blowing air. It was about 1:00 am when I checked the thermostat and it was set for 69 yet the thermometer which gave actual temp said 76. I called the front desk and the desk person said they would send maintenance right away which they did. He verified the settings on the thermostat and said he would have to check the electrical panel which was located in the adjacent suite but if it had guests then he could not disturb them (maybe this happens frequently at this hotel?) He left us and shortly after the desk person called to say there was nothing they could do until the next morning as there were guests in the adjacent unit whom they would not disturb. Our only option was to open the window as it was now 81 in our room but we were on the ground floor and we had concerns of someone coming through the window as again this property is not in the nicest area and the traffic noise was now very loud with the window open as this unit is close to the busy road so as the so as the room slowly cooled down we listened to shouting intoxicated persons walking by along the street and vehicle traffic and did not sleep further.

Reconnect with sisters
One sister lives here in Las Vegas the other flew in from Salt Lake City, I flew in from Arizona. Ashley was very helpful in ensuring we got a 3rd floor unit. Very quiet. Never heard any neighbors. 2 bedroom units was spacious, bedrooms were huge and dining area handled five people very nicely. I'm the cook, which is why we chose this property. Stove, oven and microwave worked great. The only utensils missing were a grater (I had called earlier and brought my own) and a spatula, but we managed well without it. We rented a car for our 3 day visit, but when we stay the next time we will get save that cost. We didn't realize the hourly shuttles go to/from the strip and other shuttles go to the grocery store daily and other useful venues. A few suggestions: 1. Have the lobbies carry some cash. During our checkout we asked if they could break a $20 because we thought the current housekeeping tip would be about $10, but they couldn't. 2. Consider adding an initial refrigerator load to your services -- ask the customer what they would like in their refrigerator or freezer when they arrive. After a flight in, a ice cold martini might be welcome. Add a small percent or fixed amount to the items provided. 3. Going further, consider providing specific menu and ingredients (glutton free, kosher, paleo, vegan, etc.) if desired. I know, this is probably over the top, but might become a real difference maker.

It's not terrible but it's not that great either. It's your typical time share type room. We had a free two night stay in the one bedroom but rented out the studio for an additional night. I would NOT recommend getting the studio since it's connected to the "one bedroom" by just a couple doors and if they rent out the connected one bedroom to anyone it will be like they are in the room with you. They don't even have to be can hear every conversation. And if they ARE loud, you can forget about sleep. We had to push our sleeping 10 month old down the hall in his crib to another room because our "neighbors" we very loud. Granted they did move us to the one bedroom we were going to have the next day without charging us...having to move rooms at 11 at night was NOT my idea of a relaxing family stay. Especially since they told us they would reserve the one bedroom nextdoor for us to move into the following day to make it easy. It's located down the road from the strip so not bad for location. The "breakfast" is an absolute joke. Bagels, fruit, coffee.. and that's it. Literally. The cable hardly ever had a good signal...couldn't even get TBS or nick to come through any of the days we were there. I'm glad we had the free one bedroom for the remainder of our trip (for sitting in a timeshare presentation) but I would not pay to stay here again.
