Nice hotel and affordable, just needs TLC
My bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like there was a hole in the mattress. My back was hurting all day the next day. **My son said his bed was very comfortable and soft.

Good Location, Basic Room.
Nice view of the lake when you’re standing in the doorway. Quality of the room and its amenities were very basic. Bring your own towels, soap, etc. Good location, close to eateries, the London Bridge, and the lake.

Ok for what it is
The hotel staff was excellent. The hotel itself is a bit old and run down. Shower and sink drains were excessively slow and the place needs carpet and paint badly which makes it look less clean even if it wasnt. If it was just me staying its a fine cheap motel, with kids and girlfriend id go for a higher class next time.

Weekend getaway
Nice room that was just a mile away from London Bridge area and about half a mile from Lake Havasu State Park. Rooms were quiet. Had a great weekend of running, golfing and biking.

Dated hotel.
The hotel is dated but it looks like they tried to keep it nicer by a recent paint job. Although the hotel was dated, it was surprisingly clean.
