Very good
awesome hotel and resort to live. especially in summer. Great great view. Casino was closed as pandemic but will come again when it reopens. Staff are very nice. Suggest to book the room with Jacuzzi which is the best experience we had.

Very good
Lovely stay overall. The and scenery is beautiful. Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was was amazing. However, the only slight drawback would be the food. Had both breakfast and dinner twice but the quality was subpar to what you’d expect in a 5star hotel and for the prices they charge.

Good
Wonderful grounds, disappointing food
The grounds are magnificent and the hotel staff was very helpful. The room could have used a little more attention (carpet seemed a little dingy) and the St. Laurent restaurant was a big disappointment- food was average, wine list was limited and missing information, portions were way too big and not much atmosphere (certainly Covid adjustments did not help that)... much better dining experiences were had elsewhere in the Malbaie region.

Very good
The grounds are beautiful but the interior needs updating. Carpets are old, rooms are dark and small, bathroom is small. We were 4 people (2 adults 2 kids on 2 double beds). However, our view was very nice and the hotel Amenities are awesome! Outdoor heated pool, tennis, basketball, soccer, mini golf all Complimentary. The restaurant was a disappointment for the price you pay. The grounds are spectacular!

Fair
The hotel is very outdated and the food is super expensive for the quality of the food , restaurants and service . At check-out they wanted to charge us the room Bar and we found it very dishonest . I also found that the pool was too crowded and the distance was not followed . Some at the reception were not using masks and the rules were not followed by everyone . There was no cleaning or room service which I agree but they should have discounted the prices or offer at least a free meal to compensate for the services not offered . The Location was good and the grounds and the view was nice .

We were really disappointed with the overall service at the Fairmont. Here's a few examples we had in our 4 nights stay: - When I asked front desk for ice in my room I was told the ice machine was near the door "XXX" so I can get it myself - Concierge is very hard to talk to.. we tried 4 times between 8am and 19pm and only found her 1 time. The rest of the time we got told she was gone or not there at the moment. - Valet staff is useless and keep talking with each others.. never open the door for you at least say Hi - We wanted to skate outside the hotel but since it snow the day before, nobody cleaned the ice. - Restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and food is at best "okay" - We bough water and soft drinks to bring them in our room and when checking out we were told by the front desk staff "Not to empty the frig next time we come here ... " I wonder what would happen if I do it again? We didn't feel like the staff cared at all about us, we know this Fairmont is financed by public fund and you can tell. The managers did a terrible job training employees on how to treat customers.

Good
La glissade et le rond de glace étaient fermées. La patinoire était à demi nettoyée et ce malgré une belle météo.
