We had a great stay at Warwick. The pools were excellent with plenty of space. Our room was fine, the shower could use an upgrade. On checkin we were not given any information on breakfast, restaurants etc nor was there any information in the room. There was no free wifi and it was expensive to buy. Majority of the staff was very friendly and happy to help in any way. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We enjoyed how spacious the property was and the facilities. The cleaners and gardeners did a great job always maintaining the property. The reception staff were quite rude. We had issues with our room, got locked out for hours on multiple occasions due to the card not working. Not one apology. A manager had told us they would make it up to us somehow but nothing was done. We lost almost a day of our holiday in total with the amount of issues and time spent going back and fourth to reception, very disappointed. Reception staff weren't just rude to us, every person who came to ask a question was treated like they were an inconvenience.

Resort style living. Walk to top of road to get a bus is cheaper than getting bus out front. Breakfast was ok but the rest of the meals was terrible. Eating out at stone grill, across to erakor island was cheaper and excellent.

Sub standard resort
This once luxury resort has been grossly neglected during the past 2 years. It certainly was not in any condition to open when it did even though there were very few guests. The pool area and paths were mouldy, path lighting at night barely existent making it dangerous and slippery in wet conditions. The gardens were in a terrible state and many of the shelters along the waterfront were falling down. The buffet breakfast was extremely basic… what you might expect at a 2 star resort. Buffet dinner was similar in variety but the cost had not been reduced. The swim up pool bar serviced drinks in glassware…. Not at all safe! Overall I have stayed in 2 star resorts that compared to this. If this resort wishes to retain its status then they certainly must spend an enormous amount of money and work bring it back to former standard. Unfortunately the local staff have to bare the brunt of the disappointed and irate guests.
