    So-so
It wasn't awful, but we won't be staying again. I called the Thursday before & asked if there was a pool. I was told yes; no mention of the pool being closed. Then when we arrived, we were told the pool was out of service & had been for a few weeks! The room was quite small and it's the first hotel I've ever stayed in without a microwave in the room. Breakfast was good & had many options (bagels, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit..) As a last minute option, it's not a bad place to stay; but we will be planning other arrangements next time.

    A pleasant experience.
I had an excellent stay. The hotel is under renovation but that did not detract from my time there. My room was clean with a desk, accent chair, and large flat screen TV. I had a sense of space along with large closet. The staff was pleasant and made you feel welcomed. There was a breakfast buffet with hot and cold offerings. The hostess at the buffet was helpful if one had any questions. The hotel is a short taxi ride to the University of Maryland Medical Center which makes this location good if you have medical appointments there. That was important for my stay. You can use the hospital shuttle to return to the hotel.

Good option for Inner Harbor Baltimore
This hotel is centrally located and looks like it's recently been renovated. The guy at check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. My only complaint was that when I flipped back the comforter it had several hairs on it which is rather unpleasant. The rest of the room was perfectly clean. Overall a nice place to stay

    Nice rooms
Good hotel. Rooms are renewed (modern) spacious, breakfast is good. Location is good, (minutes walk from the harbor) My only take is that the pool was closed for renovation and I did not know, I would have been fun for my kids if it was open.

    Family trip to Aquarium
Hotel was undergoing minor renovations. The hotel staff provided exemplary customer service which made our memorable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

    A good place mostly
The hotel is undergoing a renovation, so some parts of the lobby are cordoned off with plastic, and it's somewhat messy. The breakfast room got a bit dirty and messy during peak breakfast times - the hotel staffer responsible for that area wasn't keeping up. Otherwise, the rest of the hotel is clean, neat, and well-kept.

    Need Renovations
The hotel rooms were pretty outdated to be charging over $160/night. I'm glad I checked out with the front desk and asked for a copy of the bill. They had charged me for valet parking and my car was parked across the street.

    Great Customer Service!
This hotel is very nice and conveniently located to Baltimore Inner Harbor and the sports stadiums. However, I was most impressed by the customer service. I accidentally left my diabetic medication in the refrigerator in a thermos bottle. I called the hotel after I realized this oversight, and the front desk clerk arranged for an overnight delivery of the thermos and medication to my home. He (I wish I remembered his name) called me later in the day to confirm my home address, the cost of the shipping, and confirm the package was shipped. I received the package the next day which saved me several hundred dollars in lost medication. I was very impressed with that level of customer service! I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Baltimore!

    Calm Amidst the Hustle
Located two blocks from the harbor or arena and four blocks from the Convention Center, the location is ideal. Redwood Street is not a through street so traffic is light most of the day, and noise is minimal for the downtown location. Staff was helpful, especially Mia at the valet desk. The room was clean and spacious enough for two couples or family without feeling crowded. My wife and I are older, but we could handle the walk to the harbor and nearby restaurants.
