If you're looking to be right in the middle of the action, the location is perfect. Under a covered shopping area and minutes from Dotonbori with a convenient Lawsons next door. They have a strict no early checkin policy, so plan to wait if you arrive earlier than 3pm. I'm sure at one point the rooms were immaculate and this was a beautiful establishment - but the age is starting to show. Our room was dingy - from the old stains on the carpet to the fading of the mirror in the bathroom. But the staff was nice and it's very convenient to Namba train station - so you balance out what's most important to you.
