Good location
I’ve stayed here a couple of times before the pandemic simply because of the location- accessible to shopping, dining and transportation within walking distance. However on this trip - I have an unfortunate encounter with one of the reception staff whom I have asked for assistance with my luggage delivery to the airport. He looked annoyed when I asked if he could help me with the delivery note as I could not read nor write in Japanese. There was nothing polite coming from him just lots of frowning. The cleaning staff greets us each morning along the corridors has better service attitude! Room was super warm and there was no way to adjust the temperature.

Very good location and clean hotel.
Hotel in right in the middle of the food street with various restaurants and street food everywhere. Super convenient to walk to Shinsaibaishi, Dotonburi, Nambai-Nankai Line (for Kansai Airport), Namba station. We called the hotel and was told to park at Mizuno Parking (it is the nearest parking building around 3-5mins walk). Please inform the hotel receptionist during checked in so that they will issue another parking ticket which you need to use (together with original parking ticket) to get a highly subsidized parking fee. (Insert both tickets together at parking ticket machine before exit. About 50% rates reduction). Prior check in via on-line will be requested via email and once done, check-in self service counter is easy. Check-out as well. High security as key card is required to tap into lift lobby. Room booked is triple bed for 4 adults + 1 child. (They will set up the sofa bed before we arrive so total we have 4 sleeping beds)
