good location
close to train station and city - on the bus route

Poor 2.0
Staff very short and straight to the point, take the room or leave it they don’t care. Pictures are nothing like the room, my advice is not to take anything on the first floor or ground, lots of noise and you can hear staff early morning, it’s way over priced and not worth its money, I felt rip off and let down. breakfast was very plain take it or leave it is the staffs attitude.

Would stay here again
Stayed here as close to the station where I was meeting a friend arriving on a train from Rome.I have stayed here previously and will probably stay again.The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the SMN station. Our single rooms were small as expected,but adequate for a one night stay. The historic centre is about 10 minutes walk and the Mercato Centrale which is great for all sorts of food is very close. The rate we had was not expensive and included breakfast.

Close to transportation ++
Fairly good location. Very close to the train station which was a big plus. Breakfast was great and the people were nice and helpful. Room was very dated and a little run down.

Good 6.0
Breakfast was included but we were not able to partake because we had an early flight. A nice hotel close to the Florence train station. My only complaint is the the very hard beds and pillows. So hard I got very little sleep.

Easy to get to from Firenze SMN train station
Hubby and I stayed here as part of our bigger European vacation. We only stayed here one night but I feel like we got a good feel for the city in that time. This hotel is very close to the train station and very walk able with luggage. Just a heads up, (and this is not the fault of the hotel) there is a strong scent of urine out on the street near the front of the hotel. There were a few streets in Florence that had that same aroma so I am not sure what that's about. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage when we checked in early because our room wasn't ready yet. The room itself was small and tired looking/feeling. The beds were a bit firm but not terrible. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. There is no view with this hotel. The appeal for this place is mostly location to the train station and it's position within the city being central enough to allow you to explore on foot. There are lots of food/beverage/shopping options nearby. Overall, this is not a bad hotel. If you are just looking for clean, relatively comfortable, no frills type property, and a pleasant staff then this place is for you.
