It was a great stay even if it was one night. The place is beautiful and they are keeping up the rooms and property well maintained. We are planning to come and stay for our wedding next yr. Aviana greeted me with a smile and was very helpful at check in. Looking forward to our next stay.

8/10 Very good

We checked in after dark, and we had had a lot of rain, but the condo was kind of musty inside, needs a dehumidifier. There was a little mold growing on the wall above the French doors inside the primary bedroom. Some of the faucets leak and the microwave didn't work. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and the sheets were clean and soft. The kitchen was stocked ok to cook small meals and to eat. The A/C struggled to keep it cool during the day, we had it down to 72 and Saturday during the day light hours it didn't get below 76 until the sun went down. It was a very convenient location. Overall, I would stay again even with the little things we found off.

Had a group of 21 people staying here and we were over all pleased . The host accommodated us into 2 buildings which was perfect as the kids could run from room to room and we felt safe letting them . Pool is great but the grounds need some serious work..like the miniature golf and rotten bridges. We did have a great time but the resort is old and needs to be upgraded a lot .

This is the only place I'll stay in the Palm Coast area.... Just finished my 4 th stay. The property is older and very well kept. The pool, ping pong, pool table, work out room are available to all guests. Bring your bikes and kayaks for fun in nature Kitchen has the bare necessities to make a meal for 6. Blenders, toaster coffee pot. Small washer and dryers in each condo. I could literally live there.... I plan on returning soon

Staff was excellent. 2 bedroom Suite was super clean, kitchen was fully functional with all the necessary amenities. Weather did not cooperate, so we were not able to enjoy the many outdoor activities, but found local places to visit. Would definitely recommend this place and will return again.

The pool area was beautiful! The condo itself was slightly dated but pretty clean and well equipped. We loved the area!

6/10 Good

Location was perfect for what we needed. Area is beautiful. Property is clean. Apartment is spacious. A lot of amenities. Games/equipment should be upgraded. The king bed mattress in unit needs to be replaced. There is a sink hole in the middle of mattress. I was looking forward to jacuzzi tub, but didn’t use because water came out yellow. I also noticed yellow water in common bathroom because water took a long time to go down tub drain. Overall OK stay. Would probably look for something more updated.
