    We enjoy staying at this property because of it’s central location, providing access to many types of places in walking distance : Art Gallery of SA. SAMuseum. Restaurants. Cafes. Rundle Mall. Rooms are very spacious.

    Front desk team very helpful. Thanks to Karyn for a checkin upgrade to room 414 where I could open the balcony window for fresh air. Sabrina on night shift at reception (30/05, Sunday?) found me two shower caps despite housekeepers telling me there was none in stock. You need shower caps when the shower head is wall mounted. The bathtub is quite slippery as some reviews mentioned. On request for a non-slip bathtub mat, Samuel at Reception had to search around to finally locate one. His effort much appreciated but I believe housekeeping department should be more organised. Food and beverage service was friendly and professional. We enjoyed hot/cold breakfast every day at the in-house restaurant for a 7 day B&B package. The a-la-carte menu was not big but dishes well made. Perfect poached eggs. Paul and Kalpona were excellent. Apart from being hugely disappointed by no majestic view from the roof top garden as expected, housekeeping was a weak point. The shower cubicle was not cleaned at daily housekeeping service at all. Hair pieces stayed on walls and glass panels were water stained. Throughout the 7 days, our bath tub was only cleaned once when I looked for the duty housekeeper (Tuesday, Adalina?) and asked her to do so. Under the desk dustbin was never fully lined. Tea & coffee refill a hit & miss. Most work half done in a rush? Overall, a convenient quiet spot surrounded by carpark blocks. No open view. Using white light bulbs deprives of warm guest-room ambience.
